We will come to your location, you can come to our new downtown office, or you can send us your information for preparation at our office via email, fax or US Mail.

Fees
Mainville Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping offers affordable fees and a high-quality alternative to in-house resources for tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services. Our clients know that working with us is a very affordable and professional way to maintain their accounting system.
We charge a competitive rate for our services, and deliver an even higher value to our clients. Our fees and billing arrangements are fully discussed prior to the rendering of initial services. We can bill by the hour, or if you prefer, we can bill a flat monthly fee.
Our fees start at $45 an hour for bookkeeping and payroll services. Special accounting projects can be billed by the job or by the hour. Tax return preparation fees begin with a base price of $60 for the Form 1040 and additional fees are charged for each schedule attached. Tax advice or research fees are billed at $65 an hour.
Repetitive assignments and long-term clients are usually invoiced semi-monthly with payment terms of net 10 days. Initial consultation - first hour at no cost.
